I saw the manager of my local Taco Bell today who gave me good news. It appears that the surcharge on Tacos for substituting the Beef with Beans was a "mis-communication" and all stores have been alerted to change this back. So no more 60 cent fee for us Vegetarians! Wooo Hooo! The squeaky wheel gets the grease as my Mum always used to say!
Thanks to Jimmy and the Taco Bell management for responding so swiftly. I will go eat a celebratory Taco tomorrow!
